Kaela Hilaire

Kaela Hilaire (born February 11, 1998) is a decorated guard whose basketball career spans elite high school, collegiate, and professional levels.

A standout at Floral Park Memorial High School, she was named Newsday’s 2016 Girls Long Island Basketball Player of the Year, earned four All–Long Island selections, led her team to a Long Island Championship, averaged 29.8 points per game as a senior, and became just the 22nd player in Long Island history to surpass 2,000 career points.

In college, she starred at Seton Hall and Stony Brook, scoring over 1,000 points while ranking among the top assist leaders at both programs, earning Big East All-Rookie honors, setting a Seton Hall freshman assist record, and later becoming the America East Assist Champion and All-Conference selection while winning a conference championship.

Professionally, Hilaire has built an accomplished international career, signing in countries like Germany, Kosovo, Puerto Rico, Greece, Mexico. She continues to train under Jerry Powell of Basketball Results and is still playing professionally currently.
