Stony Brook University guard and Hall of Fame inductee who helped lead the program to its first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2016. A Bob Cousy Award nominee and one of the most accomplished guards in program history, Puriefoy was a two-time First Team All-Conference selection, one-time Second Team All-Conference honoree, and a three-time All-Championship Team pick.
He ranks second all-time at Stony Brook with 132 games played, third in both three-pointers and free throws made, fifth in free throws attempted, sixth in steals and assists, and seventh in scoring. Puriefoy played two professional seasons overseas in Latvia and Germany before joining the Basketball Results family in 2018, bringing high-level guard play, leadership, and elite game management expertise to training.
